Returns within 90 days of purchase
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after making your order to request a return here.
Then, provided we approve your return (more details below), you'll receive a full refund on the cost of the item, the amount you paid for postage and packing, and (for customers outside the UK) a set fee to compensate you for the cost of returning your item to us.
How can you return an unwanted Menos product?
Enter your order number and email address on this page. If you are within the 90-day period for returns, you will be able to request a return via the portal.
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved (usually within 3 working days).
What items are returnable?
Any goods that you purchased within the last 90 days are returnable. We are confident that you'll love your Menos products, so we let our customers use them for 90 days and return them if they aren't 100% happy.
Are there any charges for returns?
We offer free returns on all orders if you are based in the United Kingdom. Your free returns label will be issued by email through our online returns portal up to 3 working days after you complete the returns form here.
Once we receive your returned item, we'll refund you the costs of the products you purchased and the amount you paid for postage and packing.
Rest of the World
Please send your product(s) back to us using your preferred method in accordance with the instructions sent to you once you've completed the form on our online returns portal.
Once we receive your returned item, we'll refund you the costs of the products you purchased and the amount you paid to us for postage and packing.
You'll also receive the following amounts as compensation for the cost of returning the goods to us:
- EU customers - €10
- US customers and Rest of the World - $15
How soon will you get your refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if we've approved or rejected your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 working days.
We're sorry to say that we're currently unable to process exchanges. Please send back your unwanted items for a refund and place a new order if you would like to try out different products.
