The bag has good structure without being too hard and inflexible. It is well laid out. With the wide opening and padded sleaves, it is working really well for me. I keep the bag open in use, in the center seat of my work van with the handle hooked to the headrest. My iPad is secure in the pouch and the main compartment holds what I need and is accessible.
I love how functional this backpack is. I can carry so many things while maintaining a great look. Certainly, one of the best products I bought last year.
As soon as I saw the Menos backpacks on Liam Porrit’s YouTube pages, I knew I had to have one. I have turned mine into a mobile office with all I need for a days work. The design of the bag lends itself to stowing my work equipment in an orderly fashion, keeping it safe and easy to access. I love how discrete the zips are baking life difficult for an opportunist pickpocket to get anything from my bag whilst standing still.
The integral cable for a power bank, and the bags external connection for a charging lead is a stroke of genius.
If you haven’t guessed by now, I love my new Menos bag and I use it daily. It looks smart enough to use with office wear, and the price is very reasonable. I am considering a second bag for weekends away instead of the usual suitcase. I am a very satisfied customer and I would highly recommend Menos for those looking for a smart bag for work or pleasure.
The Menos Backpack - Grey
Great compact backpack with the right amount of room for a trip to the office.
Great product! Love it!
Love my Menos, have been using it for court in Australia to take my laptop, water bottle , folders and other bits and pieces and it is very comfortable on my back , not just for the young professionals though, recommend it for over 60’s as well to keep those back muscles in shape !
This is trully a worthly investment. Really comfortable, practical, minimalistic product. Worth every penny, and arrived perfectly on time. I use it on my everyday commute to work, and i even put my gym clothes sometimes, no problem at all. It was hard to get used to the way it opnes, but once o got used to it it is really useful.
I bought a backpack after watching a video on youtube - it arrived quickly, perfectly packaged, and I really like it. It is sturdy, spacious, and very minimalistic. It can be used even as a day bag for a short stay away. Highly recommend.
The Menos Backpack - Black
Recently got this backpack. It’s professional, Minimalistic, and perfect for commuting!
I am loving the look of the new bag. Its a shame there are not a couple more pockets on the outside, as you have to completely open up the bag to get to larger pockets for phones and keys...other than that...brilliant...thanks very much x
Really quick delivery, well packaged and a really excellent quality item.
The best minimalist backpack I’ve ever own.
Style and functionality shouldn't cost the earth.
That's why we use recycled materials in our products, only use compostable or recyclable packaging, and every purchase you make funds the collection of 100 plastic bottles' worth of ocean-bound plastic. Learn more.
Less is more.
Meaning "less" in Spanish, Menos is all about getting the most out of a minimalist design. We focus on the essentials to combine uncompromising functionality with a sleek aesthetic. Our products adapt to your needs, meaning you can go from the office to the airport with ease.
Quality and durability should be the norm, not the exception.
We want to make ethical sourcing and quality craftmanship mainstream by offering durable products built to last at an accessible price point.
When you buy any Menos product, you fund the collection of 100 ocean-bound plastic bottles' worth of plastic before it reaches our seas.
Local people in coastal communities exchange the plastic that they collect for money, helping them get access to microfinance, tuition, healthcare and food.
Our first batch of 600 backpacks will mean 60,000 plastic bottles are collected, preventing 1.2 tons of plastic reaching the ocean.
Both the outer fabric and the inner lining of our backpacks are made from recycled polyethylene tetraphyte (RPET). It's a durable, water resistant material made from recycled plastic. Best of all, a 2017 study found that manufacturing RPET uses 59% less energy and releases 32% less CO2 when compared with virgin polyester.
Each backpack is made from the equivalent of 15 recycled plastic bottles.
We want to end single-use plastic, so package our products in compostable bags and recyclable cardboard boxes.
Through our partnership with Tree Nation, we plant a tree for every order made through our website. This means that we more than offset all shipping and production emissions (including emissions from sending our products to our customers).
We also strive to reduce emissions where we can, including through the use of less energy-consuming recycled materials.
In terms of where we manufacture our products, our first batch of backpacks were made in China, as a significant number of the backpack's high-quality components (waterproof YKK zips, ergonomic buckles, backpanel mesh) are manufactured there.
However, we have plans to manufacture future products closer to home to further reduce our CO2 emissions.
